There are three important things to consider when creating your form.

First is the order process itself. Customers should be able to see real pictures of the items and select the ones they want. Our Picture Choice question type recreates that online shopping experience and makes your order form more engaging.

Secondly, you need to collect their contact details, so you know where to send the confirmation email (and the items, of course).

Finally, you'll need to add our Stripe Payment question to the form. This is a secure way for customers to pay for their products. They won't be redirected out of the form, and you won't need to chase up payments later. It's a win-win.
