Typeform AI (Beta)

These terms apply to one of the Optional Features and AI Services you can use as part of our Services. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Agreement or the AI Services terms.

1. What Typeform AI is
   Typeform AI (formerly known as Creator Copilot) is an AI-powered feature that you can use across the features and services made available to you as part of our Services, including to create or improve a form, create a landing page with Pages (Beta), search a contact in your database, edit an automation, or otherwise take actions in your account. Typeform AI is powered by the AI Providers and its use is fully subject to the AI Services terms, including the disclaimers set out therein.
2. How Typeform AI works
   Typeform AI scans and processes the information that you ask it to process, in order to carry out the task you request (for example, to create or improve a form, create a landing page, search a contact, or edit an automation). Creating a landing page with Pages (Beta) is a permitted use of the Services. On some occasions, Typeform AI may automatically identify points of improvement in your forms and generate personalized recommendations that you may decide to implement. To provide these features, Typeform AI may expose the questions and contents included in your Typeform account, including your forms (even if only temporarily), to the AI Provider (the "Scanned Content"). Typeform AI does not access personal data unless that personal data has been submitted as part of the Scanned Content (for example, in the wording of a question, or in media uploaded as part of a question, such as video or images), and only where you have asked Typeform AI to process it.
3. MCP Connectors
   A "MCP Connector" means a connection, using the Model Context Protocol or equivalent protocol, between an artificial intelligence system (including Typeform AI) and one or more third-party tools or services (for example, Notion, Slack, Shopify, Stripe or Canva), which allows the AI system to retrieve information from, and take actions in, those third-party tools or services on your behalf. MCP Connectors are made available as part of, and as an extension of, Typeform AI. Your use of any MCP Connector is subject to these terms, the AI Services terms, and the terms and conditions of the relevant third party, and you are responsible for your use of any MCP Connector and for any information exchanged with, or actions taken in, the connected third-party tool. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the third-party tools or services connected through an MCP Connector, and we are in no event obliged to grant, ensure or maintain access, interoperability or functionality of those third-party tools or services.
4. Your responsibility
   You are solely responsible for your use of Typeform AI and any MCP Connector, and for any Output, decisions, actions or omissions based on them. You shall comply with all rights, obligations, conditions, policies, laws and regulations applying to their use, and with the terms and conditions of each AI Provider and each connected third party. 
5. Usage limits
   Typeform AI is subject to the limits set forth in the plan you have purchased. Where those limits have not been expressly set forth, you shall make a reasonable and balanced use of Typeform AI, which in any event shall not exceed one thousand (1,000) interactions per calendar year, of which no more than five hundred (500) may involve the use of an MCP Connector. An "interaction" means each instruction or request you give to Typeform AI to do something in your account, whether by natural language, typing or voice. We may set, adjust, meter and enforce these limits (including any credit or quota system we may introduce from time to time), and the applicable limits may be those communicated to you from time to time.
6. Abuse, suspension and termination
   We may limit, throttle, suspend, disconnect or terminate your access to Typeform AI and/or any MCP Connector, in whole or in part, immediately and without liability or refund, where we identify or reasonably suspect: abuse, excessive or anomalous use; use of Typeform AI for purposes other than your use of the Services (such as a general-purpose AI assistant); use that threatens the security, stability or cost of the Services; or a breach of these or the AI Services terms. This is in addition to our other suspension and termination rights under the Agreement. Where Typeform AI or an MCP Connector is offered as a Beta Service, it may also be discontinued at any time, without notice.
