App Integration
Converly makes it easy to send server-side conversions to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & more with each Typeform form submission.
How to set up this integration:
1. Sign up for an account at converly.io
2. Once inside your account, click Flows in the left sidebar, then Create New Flow, and give it a name like "Typeform leads".
3. You land in the flow builder. It is empty for now. Click Add Trigger to choose what starts this flow. A new flow, before a trigger is added.
4. Choose Typeform: A panel slides in from the right listing every lead capture tool Converly supports, grouped by type. Typeform is under the form builders. Click Typeform. If you do not see it straight away, scroll the panel or use the search box at the top.Pick Typeform from the list of trigger sources.
5. Connect your Typeform account: The first time you use Typeform, Converly asks you to connect it. This is what lets Converly see your form submissions and the details of who submitted. Click Connect Typeform. A Typeform window opens and asks you to authorize Converly. Sign in if needed, then approve it. The window closes and you come back here, now connected.
6: Choose which forms count: Now you decide which Typeform submissions should fire a conversion. By default the dropdown is set to Always trigger this conversion flow, which counts every submission across all your forms. To only count certain forms, change it to A specific form is selected, then tick the forms that matter. For example, if only your "Request a quote" form represents a real lead, tick that one and leave the others unticked. A newsletter signup will then be ignored. You can tick more than one.
7: Add an action: Open the flow with your trigger. Below the trigger card there is a + button. Click it to add an action.
8: Choose your ad platform: A panel slides in from the right listing every destination Converly can send to. Select the ad platform you want to send the conversion to.
9: Connect your ad platform: The next step is to connect your ad platform. We will use Google Ads for this example, but the process is the same for Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.To connect to your ad platform, click the Login with Google button. Sign in with the Google account that has access to your Google Ads, and approve the request. The window closes and you come back to Converly, where you pick which Google Ads account Converly should send conversions to. This is a one time step. After this, Google Ads stays connected for every flow.
10: Choose your conversion: Now tell Converly which conversion to record. Pick an existing conversion action from the dropdown, or choose Create a new conversion if you do not have one yet.You can set a value and currency if each lead is worth a fixed amount to you. Leave the value blank if not.
